Job Description:
Seeking highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Lead Enterprise Architect, to guide and lead the design and development of modernized Capital project management, portfolio management, asset management and contract management, including letting management solution for client
Lead overall approach and high level design to implement the solution required to fulfill the functional and technical requirements for the Capital Program Management Application.

The responsibilities shall include, but not limited to, the following:
- Lead the integration layer architecture that describes the linkage between the Product, Platform and the Legacy Core assets and applications.
- Leverage the architecture specified by client; and adhere to the architecture guiding principles
- Evaluate environments and instances required to support the solution development and COTS integrations.
- Establish Integration approach: Interoperability between systems and solution capabilities (e.g., workflow solution, rules engine, etc and End-to-end data movement between the application and legacy systems - via Enterprise Service Bus, batch interfaces
- Security integration, including consideration of enterprise security policy and identified security risks
- Integration with content management solution for files associated with project records including solutions for generating PDF forms from the application
- Acts as advocate for the business client on technical capabilities and functional architecture designed to address client business problems.
- Should have experience working with different levels of stakeholders and providing an appropriate communication plan.
- Creates solution architecture diagrams and other design artifacts representing various options and approach and the effects of new proposed solutions
- Collaborates closely with and guide development teams during all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Validate Application’s solution functionality satisfies System Integration Testing and Load and Stress Testing test cases.

Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years working across one or more relevant industries. Strong experience in translating the business client’s requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for complex solutions and enabling platforms.
- Good knowledge is defining, prioritizing recommending and mentoring best practices and standards.
- Exposure to EA Frameworks is a plus
- Prior experience in overall technical direction in support of the Capital Project/Portfolio Management process.
- 7+ years’ experience in a solutioning legacy systems integration architecture using ESB and/or Non-ESB approaches.
- 3+ years of solid knowledge in MuleSoft or similar and hybrid cloud integration patterns
