Description:
We are currently in a position where we quickly need to fill a position for a Cisco VOIP/Call Manager/ININ Engineer. We recently deployed ININ (Interactive Intelligence) and there are plans to expand our call center to multiple sites in the next few months which will cause an even higher demand for support.
We will need somebody to work on site with us in San Diego and will need somebody who can basically work as part of the team. The scope will include system support, documentation and project involvement. There also may be an occasional need for some travel. We also will need somebody who is confident and self-sufficient.
Skills:
Cisco Voice, Call Manager, Unity , ININ and Contact Center
CCNP voice or Equivalent level or superior level knowledge with demonstrable experience will be considered.
Experience with Cisco call Manager
End to End IP Telephony Service Infrastructure
Responsibility:
ININ contact center administration
User account management, licensing ,liason with internal organization,
Troubleshooting functionality issues,
Cisco Contact center UCCX
Cisco CUCM Call Manager
Cisco Voicemail Unity Connection
Voice Gateways and Gatekeepers
Project Enhancement task for Telephony
Call flow , queue creation
Managing and maintaining Dial Plans, Partitions, Calling Search Spaces, Route Patterns, and troubleshooting/working with Cisco TAC
Provision new route patterns between ININ and Call Manager
Liaison with carriers for new no. provisioning
Voice infrastructure Server operations
Voice application backup & recovery management
Designing Call flow for contact centre as per business requirement
Voice Network Assessment, Capacity planning and recommendations
Troubleshooting & Resolution of complex Voice network problems
Implement minor system upgrades
Deploy major upgrades globally with available resources and agreed upon timelines
