JOB DESCRIPTION :
Candidates must have demonstrated experience with:
Leading business process (re)design activities.
Analyzing data to discover process inefficiencies and insights.
Partnering with business stakeholders and technology partners to collect business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Creating business cases and quantitative models for evaluating investments and projects.
Generating buy-in and participation among stakeholders and leading change.
Operating in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous, results-oriented atmosphere.
Role Description:
Collaborating with BPM Project Manager to elicit process requirements and documenting process models to be used for the process automation solution.
Employing industry techniques (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business processes
Conducting ongoing reviews and updating the business processes by eliciting process information and communicating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders
Developing the “AS IS” process and proposing the “TO BE” process to the process stakeholders and SME’s
Maintaining a process library for solution development and reference.
Communicating the process requirements to the Project Managers and developers to ensure a solution design can be developed using the process model.
Analyze and define the system requirements and dependencies.
Identify data requirements for the process solution
Eliciting & documenting requirements and parameters for the business rules related to the said business process
Performing System & Functional testing of the solution prior to UAT.
Required Experience:
Experience performing process improvement initiatives in the Intelligence Community
Familiarity with Microsoft Visio or other process visualization tools
Ability to manage a diverse group of stakeholders to accomplish mission goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated experience managing projects to create timely, high quality deliverables Desired Experience:
Program management professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations or higher certification
Lean Six Sigma or equivalent quality standard certification
