Role: Program Manager Security Projects
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Plano, TX, US
Qualifications:
Create project plans, including timelines and resource needs
Lead project re-planning for projects experiencing difficulties
Work with delivery leaders in leading several security related projects. Ensure integrity of schedules, documentation of dependencies, risks, mitigation strategies as well as ensuring project governance guidelines are being followed. Must have experience working with PPM tools.
- Ensure projects are being manage and tracked, issues are documented and managed, risks are documented and managed
- Work with delivery managers to create scope and schedule for the projects
- Present weekly reviews of projects
- Help in resolving issues and solve problems throughout project cycle
- Quickly assess unclear, complex and ambiguous situations and reduce into distinct, clear, timely, and stable direction for the team
- Understands big picture and function tactically
- Must be able to quickly build relationships and credibility
- Adhere to PM guidelines Work with PMs to create project plans, including timelines and resource needs
