Job Description
1. Have good functional knowledge on PeopleSoft – Especially in NA(north america) Payroll,
Absence Management
2. Have hands on experience in Application Designer, ie People code,
Application Engine, CI, Application Package, Integration Broker
3. Will be able to code from scratch if required
4. Have worked on optimizing different Processes, SQL statement
5. At least 15 years of hands on experience with a clear understanding of
Business processes
6. At least for last 10 years should be in client facing role.
7. At least 5 years’ experience in performance tuning
Soft Skill : Excellent Communication skills
