Requirements:
# Passion for user experience design and improving usability.
# Should have extensive work experience web application development using HTML5, CSS especially responsive web design experience)
# Experience in building user Interfaces using JavaScript (AngularJs is a Must) and jQuery.
#Should have designed/implement UI framework/Components with Pub/Sub model.
#Reactjs, Gulp/Grunt, Webpack, ES6 is good to have
#Strong knowledge of server side design patterns and continuous delivery principles.
# Familiarity with backend technologies like Java, PHP
# Understanding of MVC Frameworks, Spring, Hibernate is desirable
# knowledge of SQL (NoSql DB Experience is added advantage)
#Knowledge on JavaScript Design Patterns
#Experience in Content Delivery Network(CDN)
#Excellent understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies.
#Design and write code for web/mobile HTML5 AJAX applications that scale to high-volume production quality.
#Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
# Lead development team on user interface related development tasks. Provide guidance, reference and direction to team members.
# Participate in discussions on process and way of working improvement.
# Should be able to work independently and interact with client, stakeholders for clarifications on UI designs or requirements.
#Solid understanding of the AJAX and Spring frameworks.
# Come up with efficient design / development patterns for UI and work with team on producing quality code in time frame identified for project
#Ability to produce well-tested, performant code to tight timelines. Understand Project requirements, analysis and create Design and Develop code using approved design.
#Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
#Provide technical leadership to scrum teams
# Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills.
# Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments
# Effectively develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
# Generate documentation for the design and development artifacts.
