Deep understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor Management domains.
Experience with ADP Globalview, Workday, ADP eTime, and/or Kronos preferred
Strong knowledge of and demonstrated experience with business analysis methods and tools, including:
o Ability to use a variety of techniques to analyze and deconstruct a problem or solution, including use cases, business process models, and decision models.
o Conceptual modeling skills, and ability to create visual models, such as workflow diagrams, process maps, etc.
o Effective at communicating abstract and detailed concepts and tailoring communications as appropriate to business or technical audience
o Experience with requirements elicitation techniques and leading requirements gathering workshops or interviews
o Data analysis and documenting various levels of detail, from high-level data flows to detailed requirements
o Ability to create clear and concise documentation
Design and monitor controls appropriate to payroll and HR and the associated risks
Business benefits analysis – able to quantify the benefits proposed solutions will bring to drive prioritization
Ability to effectively interact at all levels including with senior leadership
Knowledge of data privacy and cyber considerations for sensitive HR data across multiple geographies
Nice to have skills:
Ability to work in global environment while maintaining focus on local requirements
Knowledge of HR audits and controls
