Strong SAP FICO configuration and technical skills
Experience working in SAP ECC 6.0 EHPx version
Expert in SAP ReportWriter & ReportPainter skillset, including
o Create & Modify existing RW & RP Reports in Report Groups
o Create & Modify Report Groups
o Capable of modifying SL Ledgers
o Can Maintain Report Headers & Text
o Capable of maintaining Sets of all types & solve ambiguities & shared sets
o Create & Modify Variables, Key Figures, Layouts, Libraries, etc.
Manage large/medium size projects as team member or lead to implement new functionalities and enhance existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements and translating them into effective solutions
Understand the business functions of Finance and Accounting and evaluate how IT changes may impact and improve the operation of these business functions. Areas of expertise including but not limited to General Ledger, Costing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Analysis and Corporate Accounting
Wok with stakeholders and business user to define the requirement and then explain the system solution
Work with Technical ABAP team in explaining the requirement and co-ordinate with them to get development moving
Prepare and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing scripts
Create Training documentation and impart training to end users
Provide status of the assigned tasks to Project Manager and other team members
Key contact with the business users in different time zones to collaboratively work on the requirements to develop additional FICO functionalities
Work with the onsite-offshore resources in different time zones as needed
Ability to multi task in a fast paced dynamic environment
Required Skills/Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
Minimum 7-10 years of SAP R/3 (4.6 C to ECC 6.0) experience focused on the FICO modules in SAP.
SAP Report Painter and Report Writer experience is must
Change Control and Release Management Experience
Daily Global Production Support Experience
SAP R/3 implementation experience
SAP ABAP Query knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaborative work experience
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
User management and training experience
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
