ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT (OCM) CONSULTANT_


LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

DURATION: 3 to 5 years

RATE: depends on experience and qualifications, no travel expenses (to
supply fully loaded rate)

CONTRACT PREFERENCE: W2 (or) 1099 (or) Corp-Corp

PROGRAM BACKGROUND

The Common Human Resources System (CHRS) program is a multi-year,
multi-million dollar initiative that will serve to transform Human
Resources services across The California State University (CSU)
23-campus system.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DESIRED OUTCOMES

The Change Management Consultant will develop and guide execution of
the change management strategy for the CHRS Program as follows:

1. Develop an understanding of California State University s (CSU)
business environment through interviews with CHRS business and program
team members, sponsors, and leaders

2. Partner with the CHRS Change Management, Communications and
Training (CMCT) Team, Program Sponsors, Program Team, and Governance
Committees to execute a comprehensive organizational change management
strategy and plan

3. Establish a strong relationship with CHRS Program Sponsors and
provide to them guidance, advice and support.
4. Provide expert advice to CMCT throughout the planning, execution
and maintenance of comprehensive change management, communication and
training strategies and plans

5. Provide advice to support effective program and project
management to PMO Director and Program Director, upon request.
6. Provide advice on the development of measures to capture
organizational readiness and user adoption.

7. Provide solutions to manage stakeholder resistance.
8. Provide solutions and participate in the building of a coalition
of CHRS champions

9. Select appropriate frameworks, tools, and approaches to use in
solving CHRS challenges.
