JOB DESCRIPTION:
Qualifications:
Advance knowledge of MS Access and SQL required • Some experience with MS SharePoint and Tableau required • Some experience with GIS preferred • Excellent communication skills – being able to clearly and concisely communicate, both orally and written, technical information to a non-technical audience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related field. • Or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related field, plus a minimum of two (2) years full-time hands-on experience with SQL/MS Access programming. Medium to expert technical knowledge. Experience with: program development in one or more SEu environments. Skilled in verbal and written communications with the ability to express medium complexity technical concepts in business terms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams. Experience in the industry or in a production/service environment similar to SEU is preferred. Knowledge in systems development life cycle and methodologies.

Responsibilities:
To assist Tech Advisor in the development of database management tools and the maintenance of existing tools. Design, extract, and backup reports as needed. 80% - scripting, designing queries, outlining processes and other related database management tasks 20% - meeting engineers and other client’s personnel to determine scope, solicit feedback and etc. App Dev/Maint/DB: Conducts requirements gathering, systems analysis, and design for medium complexity applications. Prepares detailed program specifications for medium complexity applications from which programs will be designed, coded, configured, visually developed, tested, and debugged. Follows program specifications to design, install, code, configure, visually develop, test, debug, and document application programs. Develops business knowledge and relationships to integrate activities with other IT and business personnel to ensure successful implementation of projects and production support efforts.
