Required Skills:
Support the Program Manager and the Project Managers by providing the following business analysis skills for the delivery of the following products and services: CAD/RMS tertiary Disaster Recovery system. State query redundancies CAD/RMS system upgrade. MDT system refreshes CAD. Watch implementation Quartermaster equipment control module Case Management module Cognos Workspace Advance Tool release MTPD dashboard and metrics AVL upgrade Data and service monitoring agents.
Provides business and functional requirements analysis services to support software solutions for safety applications through periodic software releases.
Organize and facilitate user requirement gathering sessions.
Develop functional requirements for mobile applications for Safety and Security applications.
Develop functional requirements to enhance the functionality of Safety and Security applications.
Develop and manage requirements traceability matrix.
Develop software design document of periodic software releases and support the deployment and roll-out. 8. Participate in Quality Assurance processes and tasks.

Expert in the knowledge and application of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and RUP methodologies.
Experience with implementation of Safety and Security applications in transportation industry.
Extensive experience leading business analysis tasks and coordinating the requirements gathering process.
Experience systems analysis in safety and security subject matter discipline. Ability to interface with client management personnel at all levels.
Adept in written communications, and adaptable to a general style guide, capable of interpreting multiple documents and requirements into a single comprehensible document.
Translation of requirements into the Requirements Traceability Matrix. Development and maintenance of User Acceptance Test procedures.
Experience Conducting User Acceptance Tests, and recording and reporting results.
Expert in MS Word.
Expert in MS Excel.
Expert in MS Visio.
Experience with MS Project.
Experience with project management and coordination of project using MS SharePoint and .NET as a platform.
Exercises independent judgment and a high level of analytical skills in solving technical and functional problems and recommending solutions. Accountable for business requirement management, validate requirement against deployed software releases.
Assists in the reviews and preparation of incoming customer requests for system changes.
Experience supporting the Quality Assurance process, by creating testing documents and matrices and performing manual testing.
Familiar with HP Quality Center
