Job Description :
Activities and objectives
Manages IT process mapping, ERP enhancements and change requests from business requirement gathering, design, development to production.
Collaborates with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
Plans, schedules and communicates activities/process mapping, deliverables, goals and milestones.
Efficiently identifies, communicates and resolves project/process issues.
Demonstrates leadership in defining requirements for process analysis.
Designs and maintains technical and project documentation.
Knowledge on SAP modules: MM, SD, LE
Knowledge on main Outbound Logistic processes
Excellent verbal/presentation and written skills
Strong PC skills; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Internet;
Ability to work independently and multi-task

Profile
(background)
Either PMP or PRINCE2 required with Agile preferred
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
A minimum of 5 years work related experience in a similar role supporting ERP processes (issue detection, process mapping)
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Word): very good
SAP AFS: very good
SAP debugging is a plus
