Oracle EBS Financials Lead

MUST HAVE:
Implemented at least one full life cycle implementations (analysis, design, development, testing, etc) of Oracle EBS Financials in the role of Financials lead
Must have successfully led a team (which included developers) throughout a project
Must demonstrate absolute expertise in Oracle EBS Payables or Purchasing modules
Experience with EBS R12.1.3 including
o General Ledger with Encumbrance Accounting
o Payables (highly customized)
o Procurement (highly customized)
o iProcurement
o iSupplier
o Sourcing
o Receivables
o Grants Accounting
Previous production support experience

NICE TO HAVE:
ITIL methodology experience
Formal application support experience
