Job Title: Java Developer (software engineer)
Location: Berwyn, PA
Duration: Fulltime / Permanent Position

As a software engineer at client you will be part of a dynamic and growing team building the next generation trading platform and Rest APIs for third-party integration. Opportunity abounds for highly motivated web and backend developers who enjoy innovation and working as part of team.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in the following areas:
Developing scalable applications in enterprise Java using Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles
Building modern web and mobile applications using JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React
Designing for service based architectures utilizing REST and SOAP
Working with relational databases and ORM frameworks
Building financial applications and APIs
Developing software in an agile, continuous integration environment
Collaborating with architects, designers, analysts, and other software engineers
Reacting quickly to market and client demands
Presenting to clients or prospects
The client trading platform principally utilizes Java, Spring, Hibernate, Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, and React.
