Analyze and understand the business processes in the Telecom Industry
Identify areas of opportunity for improvement in existing processes
Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Automation
Understand problem statements and requirements from the clients and translate it into IT solutions
Manage the solutions through IT methodologies (Agile)
Review and maintain project documentation
Creation and enhancement of project infrastructure for improved scalability
Develop Robotic Process Automation solutions using Automation Anywhere
Technical assistance to developers
Deployment of developed solutions
Training of new members
Creation of analytical dashboards
Manage the workload of the Dallas team
Serve as the Point of Contact between the team and the Offshore managers
Monitor the performance of the implemented solutions
Cost-Benefit Analysis and ROI for all implemented projects
Report to the client the status of the deployed processes and tools
Track and ensure all Service Level Agreements are met
Manage the onshore RPA team
