Job Description:

GROUP OVERVIEW

· The IBCM Risk, Controls and Regulatory Matters Group (RCR) is a global group within IBCM that helps to ensure compliance with rules and regulations and Credit Suisse policies and procedures.

· The primary responsibilities of RCR within IBCM include designing, implementing and supporting the overall controls framework, facilitating the understanding and implementation of policies and procedures and managing the requests and concerns of Credit Suisse’s regulators and central control functions.

· The function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct and coordinate activities that support RCR project implementation

OVERALL POSITION DESCRIPTION

· The primary responsibility of the will be to drive the Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Client enhancement programs as well as the implementation of related workflows.

· The role requires the ability to work within the RCR team and in collaboration with IBCM IT and other divisions to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget, making detailed plans to accomplish goals across a broad platform of control projects.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· The role is newly created and will be tasked with:

· Driving the full lifecycle of a project including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Steady state Operational Support.

· Developing a thorough understanding of the individual project plans that comprise of the overall program delivery

· Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the seamless execution of projects.

· Analyze technology and resource needs to plan and assess the feasibility of projects

· Ensure resource availability and allocation

· Review, synthesize, summarize and recommend contracts and cost estimates

· Consult with internal parties across divisions (IT, FCC, Compliance) to prepare project specifications

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

· Report and escalate to management as needed

· Craft key presentations on project status, set up project meetings and publish minutes as needed

YOU OFFER

· 7+ years of experience in Financial Services in leading change with a Project Management and/or Management Consulting background

· Experience with workflow implementation and Know Your Client requirements preferred

· Expertise with managing longer term projects with multiple streams and incremental deadlines

· Ability to work across teams

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational and prioritization skills

· Sound judgment

· Ability to cope under pressure

· Excellent written and presentation skills

· Ability to work and communicate at all levels
