MUST HAVE:
3+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow DBA
ServiceNowcertifications:
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or
o ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
Experience with ServiceNow platform navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting
Experience with ServiceNow update sets
Experience with ServiceNow Helsinki and/or Geneva
Javascript
Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices
Experience with web based programming languages: Angular JS, XML, JSON, html, and CSS
Agile methodology
Previous experience working with both on and off site teams
Excellent communication
NICE TO HAVE:
Previous experience in administration and configuration of other ITSM Tools (Remedy, BMC Magic, etc
ITIL v3 certification
Experience in use case, functional and user acceptance testing
