Immediate need Senior SAP PP Consultant*
With experience of the functional processes and configuration of SAP PP in a Repetitive Manufacturing environment and integration with SAP SD, MM and QM
Extended experience with Production Planning and MRP in a Repetitive Manufacturing environment. Experience with functional processes and configuration of Capacity Management.
Experience with functional processes and configuration of Handling Unit Management. Basic Knowledge and Experience with Batch Management.
Experience with the design and basic working knowledge of Mobile Data Entry and RF Scanners.
Experience with Integration between SAP PP and Manufacturing Execution Systems and Machines
Industry Specific knowledge must include Automotive and/or related Suppliers with JIT and batch manufacturing processes.
Experience developing and implementing SAP templates and leading Blueprint workshops.
Experience with Mexico specific business processes, e.g. Maquiladora and Import/Export reporting.
At least 5 full cycle SAP ERP implementations
Bonus: Experience in Textile and/or Apparel production business processes and related SAP solutions.
Senior SAP PP Consultant required to lead the Blueprint phase of the project for the Production Management, Planning and Execution business functions. Services will include working closely with the client and DXC Project team in extending an existing global template to support a new business unit. This includes all the tasks and deliverables that are required to complete a Blueprint Design Document, i.e. review the as-is state, collect all the business requirements, map gaps in relation to the existing template, completion of Functional specifications for approved WRICEF gaps, and completion of BPDD for area(s) of responsibility. Provide weekly reports and any other status reports as required by the Program.
