Job Description :
· 10+ years of overall IT/software development experience
· 6+ years of pure, hands on experience with design and development of data warehouses, data marts, including Star schemas and Snowflake schemas.
· 4+ years of experience in BI application in the Microsoft BI stack (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS), Visual Studio BIDS.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline
· Experience of designing and developing Enterprise Data Warehouse and large scale Enterprise Reporting systems.
· Experience in SQL Server and Oracle troubleshooting, performance monitoring and tuning.
· 3+ years of experience directly working with offshore teams.
· 3+ years of experience with Kimball methodology for design of data marts.
· Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS), Visual Studio BIDS.
· Developing multi-dimensional data models, including Star schemas and Snowflake schemas.
· Solid ETL development, SSIS framework design speed ETL development time, performance.
· Development & performance tuning of OLAP Cube, MDX queries and data marts.
· Extensive experience coordinating with and between onsite and offshore teams. Review the work of local and offshore development team members.
