Job Description :
Responsible for data and analytic supports of single family portfolio management Framework project. Develop new portfolio performance metrics. Evaluate portfolio risk and probability. Visualize results to share with business decision makers. Works independently and under normal supervision. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.
Detailed Responsibility:
- Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
- Execute corporate in-house models on PC and UNIX platforms
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques
- Develop and productionize the command hub that connects corporate models to user dashboard
- Other related duties as reasonably assigned
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor''s degree in finance, economics, or related fields with 3+ year of work experience
- Proven working experience in analytical and data management
- Proficiency in SQL and SAS
- Experience in working on Unix
- Experience with Python or other general purpose languages
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Master''s degree with 2-3 years of work experience
- Working knowledge about single family mortgage financing
- Working knowledge of building financial model
- Working knowledge about fixed income portfolio management
- Experience working with Unix shell script
