Must have - Project Management, Incident Management, Catalog experience
Experience in all or most of the modules below in ServiceNow. Preferable Architect/Sr.Developer
Service Now Module
Resource Planning
Service portal (Gateway for Multiple users)
Service Order
Discovery
Security
Time Cards
- Nice to have modules : Cost Management, Asset Management, HR and Procurement
- Excellent Communication skills, number of years does not matter as long as its within 10 years.
Duties:
Lead any SNow initiatives that will be part of / including Offshore team co-ordination
As a BA/Architect, work stakeholders to conduct meetings with potential internal users/departments in promoting SNow / Implementation for that department
Single Point of Contact for management on Snow engagement.
