84 months performing Systems Design, Development or Architecture on Medium to Large-scale projects as a Web Services or SOA expert utilizing J2EE

24 months experience with X509 certificates and Microsoft Active Directory.
18 months experience interfacing or architecting applications with the product named Akana.
18 months experience architecting, integrating or developing business rules for computer systems using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA
18 Months experience of architecting, designing or developing applications using Oracle Service Cloud version 2012-current (formally known as RightNow)
12 months experience architecting, designing or developing Applications using Oracle Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
6 months experience of InQuisient, (formerly Enterprise Elements), product experience.

State of New York: Information Technology Services (ITS)
Project- OFT18 E Licensing - Business Express
The New York Business Express (NYBE) is being developed as a one stop Portal for businesses and individuals to apply and for licenses and related activities. Part of this project will look at customer relationship management software and integration with existing systems. Various components of the portal are being developed in conjunction with back office processing systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical architect for NYBE projects & systems.
The candidate should be a technical expert centered around a technologies or a portfolio of applications who will design and implement Information Technology solutions
Understand project goals and objectives.
Work with business analysts to understand business requirements. Work with the Development team to understand the technical requirements.
Manage the system build with ITS engineering. Including designing and architecting the technical solution, completing the system ‘Bill of Materials’ and ensuring that the solution will work within the ITS policies.
Perform hands on coding and system support as required
Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Work as a peer with other technical staff.
Create documentation and share knowledge with team members.
