Position : Oracle SOA Analyst
Location: Hartford, CT | Groton, CT

Job Description:
6+ years of experience as a Level 2/ Level 3 Support Analyst
Extensive experience in MuleSoft, Oracle SOA & SOA Integration.
Support activities like Access requests, installation, config & change management, migration & upgrade support.

Mulesoft, MuleSoft ESB & Cloud Hub
SOA ORACLE & SOA integration
At least 4+ years in L2/L3 support role
Excellent Communication skills
Working Knowledge of Team Forge & HP ALM.

Provides technical support to customers on installations, usage, or maintenance to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications
Responds to customer inquiries concerning system and applications in scope
Provides immediate customer assistance for emergency and URGENT fixes as defined in service definition.
Create temporary “work-around” for immediate customer issues where appropriate
Documents and logs all contacts and actions into database per specified guidelines
Excellent analytical and troubling shooting skills
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, obtain results, provide solutions for a broad range of technical problems
Corrective & Preventive Maintenance
Create & Run scheduled jobs & batch files.
Interaction with technical teams implementing the solutions to ensure the delivered outcome meets customer requirements and expectations
Share weekly and daily status reports with clients
Client communications.
