Job Summary
Project management position responsibilities include delivering project on time and scope. Business, management and analysis skills are required,
The role involves working with Business Partners and Technology Services to deliver solutions that effectively meet business requirements, in all client’s locations in Latin America region. This manager will be develop complete life cycle implementations of SAP Rollouts, with extensive experience of integration testing, master data management and handling of cutting activities, etc. The project is part of a global deployment program, using the client SAP implementation methodology which is close to ASAP.
Main responsibilities are to define, plan, track and manage team activities assigned. Alignment with program management and central team. Responsible for identifying risks and gaps, providing the direction required for meeting the project objectives. Responsible for ensuring appropriate functional/technical activities management, interaction and coordination with offshore teams, customer communication, active involvement throughout the life of the project and revision or the quality of team deliveries.

Manage virtual team (team is located in Colombia, India and Germany
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope Coordinate internal resources vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Communicate effectively with program management and Client (Onsite/Offshore/Customer)
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with vendor country organization
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Technical background sufficient to understand the technologies and functional/technical issues
Achieve project schedule and task details and utilize project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately
Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making
Appropriated seniority to face up issues squarely and early, resolve conflicts, admit to having problems and seek coaching openly, escalate if necessary, and generally champion the people and the project up, down, and across the organization and with customers
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Administration, Engineering, IT careers
+5 Proven working experience as a project management in the information technology sector
+10 experience in SAP Implementations/Rollouts
Proven experience managing team remotely and in multiple sites and multi-languages
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3 Job Description
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Strong SAP FI/CO is a plus
English: Fluent (mandatory)
Spanish: Fluent (desirable)
