Job Description :
The Technical Development Lead - In this role, he/she is responsible for working with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce.com CRM solution. In addition to coding and development activities, this technical lead will play a crucial role in various aspects of the Salesforce.com integration and implementation including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing. He/She will lead the effort to document technical requirements, architecture, and design of deployment and integration of the Salesforce.com solution. He/she will guide and mentor developers and always communicate closely with the rest of the technology development teams, including keeping stakeholders informed of technical progress and risks.

Technical Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development using various technologies, platforms, and programming languages with strong object oriented and relational mindset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Sales Force hands-on experience writing APEX (Classes, Triggers, Visual Force, and using API
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Integration Services (SSIS/ETL), and Sales Force Data Loading Techniques or Informatica.
- Advanced Knowledge in SDLC Lifecycle, Source Controls Systems, Continuous Integration, Developer Reviews, Code Merging/Rollback, Change and Release Management.
- Advanced Knowledge with developing system Integrations, Web Services, SOAP and REST, and other API, Data Sources (ODBC, OLEDB, and other Drivers
- Advanced Knowledge of web development principles and structure (HTML, JavaScript, Security, SSO, Networking/DNS, Certificates, Web Servers (Apache/IIS), Debugging/Tracing
- Strong Fundamental Knowledge of relational database concepts and Object-oriented modeling.
- Strong work ethic in following standards, best practices, design conventions, structure, and optimizing performance.
