Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: Full time


Business Analyst Requirements:
Excellent core business analysis skills on Financial domain with Asset Management (from diagramming, to wire framing, to use case writing)
Excellent skills working with the business users, management and technical team
Must be able to learn and understand what the business does, how it operates and examine existing business processes
Experience working with the users to capture requirements, then understand SharePoint to be able to provide options of what is possible, from their requirements
Document processes, plans, misc. docs and more for business users, teams and projects
Must have excellent organizational, documentation, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent skills managing and leading projects from start to finish (managing business users, managers, timelines and communication throughout each project)

Salesforce Requirements:
Good knowledge of Salesforce, how they work and the of capabilities they offer
Detailed Salesforce from an end user and administrator perspective
A solid understanding of how to translate business requirements into what Salesforce offers
Good core technical skills
Good core documentation and technical writing skills.
