Job Title: MCP Operations resource
Location: 100% onsite in Amelia, OH (outside Cincinnati)
Duration: Through the end of 2018.
Interview: 1st will be over the phone. 2nd will be over the phone/Skype for non-locals, in person for locals.
Job description:
This is a great opportunity to explore on hardware platforms like MCP and Libra. Individuals are expected to use the proprietary operating systems using the Unisys clear path/MCP systems. You are expected to have experience around work flow language to retrieve information from the server, virtual tapes, and virtual tape servers like B&L LIB.
Skills sets include:
Must have’s
Ability in usage of MCP and MS Windows operating system
Experience on Unisys WFL’s
Unisys CANDE
DSI virtual tape operations
BL/LIB
Sun Guard backup test support (DSI tape, Libra 4390)
FTP’s file transfer to other environments
Ability in document management and imaging through vision, MS Office, and Microsoft Projects.
Good to have experience on,
Language COBOL85
Storing, analyzing and retrieving data from relational database DB2 using SQL
IBM mainframe operating systems
