Powerpoint and Excel. Ability to take tech-speak and translate for
non-technical audience. Familiar with Agile environment and working within
Service Level Management environment. Must be able to demonstrate strong
writing ability.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL

/Job Description Business Analyst (Portfolio) Responsible for
supporting GapTech portfolio managers to maintain accurate project
information in Clarity. Review and ensure project details meet governance
guidelines. Prepare meeting materials for weekly project governance
meetings. Support process changes. Ensure actions items are tracked and
resolved from governance meeting and process changes. Responsible for
reporting needs to track and measure project financial and timing health.
Maintain project repository for historical records. Ability to work with
multiple stakeholders and influence towards action. Candidate must be
local, has 4-5 years of experience as analyst. Expert in excel with data
mining and blending experience. Must have working knowledge of project
management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall Good communication and
presentation skills. Clarity experience preferred.
