Job Description :
Required
- Experienced in (7 years+) and with education in IT
- Previously worked in (as a manager/senior resource) or helped build a Network Operations Center. Knows what’s expected and how to make it successful
- Strong process management focus, in particular ITIL
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Remedy)
Preferred
- Project management experience
- Experience in Manufacturing IT / ICS / SCADA environments (Plant)
