Business analyst/project management experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO
Must be able to take a problem statement and do industry research, come up with options / solutions available, putting a comprehensive business case, roadmap, and draft RFIs/RFPs
A seasoned Sr. BA., who could coach core BA’s and must be able to lead a team of BAs and Project Managers and bring in best practices
Strong technical writing skills and analytical skills
Strong networking skills, being proactive, motivational with ability to work independently as well as have ability/willingness to work in global environment
Very good understanding of end-to-end clinical trials management business functions and technologies with an ability to fill the gap between business process and technologists
Very good experience as a business process consultant
Ability to understand large complex processes with a focus on continuous improvement
