Job Description:
8-10 years of experience in design and implementation of enterprise Customer Relations Management (CRM) applications using either ORACLE, SAP or Microsoft CRM solutions with 5 years
of experience designing and building solutions with SalesForce''s technology.
3 years of experience integrating SalesForce solutions with an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), both inbound and outbound.
3 years of experience integrating SalesForce workflow into ORACLE SOA Suite workflow solutions is highly desired.
Strong understanding of process and queuing design patterns.
The Sales Force lead is responsible for the architecture and design of LA Care''s Sales Force CRM implementation.
Working closely with the business, application and IT infrastructure teams, the Sales Force technical lead will design enterprise solutions that implement a "Shared None" architect that integrates tightly with the Enterprise Service Bus and Workflow components into Sales Force Solutions .

Mandatory Skills: Providing solutions at Enterprise level and working on SOA / Oracle service bus are some of important requirements
