Role: Salesforce CRM Administrator
Location: Pasadena, CA
Duration: 6 months+
Prefer candidates that are local to Pasadena, but open to submitting non-locals. Must have Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target experience.
Our client, a retail banking company, has an opening for a Salesforce CRM Administrator to join their team. This is a 6 months contract with potential extensions in Pasadena, CA.
Must have Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target experience
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and test responsive email and landing page templates
Evaluate and report opportunities within CRM to meet the objectives of the company
Drive optimal segmentation for all email, mobile and web marketing campaigns
Analyze campaign effectiveness and report on campaign metrics to improve future marketing efforts
Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all campaigns executed
Monitors trends and measure results of efforts across Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving issues
Gather, identify and analyze CRM software requirements and ensure that they are met
Answer users'' questions and work with CRM system vendors
Collaborate with department managers, technical writers, programmers, software engineers, system engineers and other staff
Familiar with industry standard concepts, practices and procedures
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in the field or related area
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, business or related discipline
Strong IT background and understanding of marketing practices
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platform
Experience developing responsive HTML email templates (ideally for Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Ability to write simple SQL queries
Data and results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, A/B testing and ROI analysis
