Job Description:
Thorough knowledge in SAP Quality Management covering configuration and master data for Inbound (goods receipt/inbound delivery) inspection, In-process and Finished goods inspection, Outbound Inspection, Digital Signatures, Stability study, Certificate of Analysis, Quality Notifications, Inspection Plans, Sampling procedures, Inspection Characteristics, Results recording, Usage Decisions, etc. • Experience in Rollout/Implementation of SAP Quality Management for Pharmaceuticals and should be well versed with Batch Management.• Integration of SAP QM with SAP PP, WM and MM and including QM with HUM managed stocks• Experience in facilitating Data Migration of Master and Transaction data related to SAP Quality Management• Having performed roles as functional consultant/lead in at least 2 roll-out / implementation projects with experience in rollout activities such as Solution Workhop, Configuration, Facilitation of Data mapping and migration, supporting User Acceptance testing, Training and supporting Business cutover/Go-Live activities. Facilitation skills to help the Business in adopting to Global template• Previous experience of roll out of SAP to non-SAP site is desirable• Good understanding of Business Processes in Quality Management• Good in communication.
Functional HUB lead for global Roll out program based out of Memphis .
Rolling out of Global SAP template to Manufacturing Plants. Experience in coordinating with Offshore and teams based in multiple geographies. Facilitation and coaching skills.
