100% onsite role no REMOTE option allowed.

Need More Technical candidate.
Should able to raise RPF, add new modules & teach other modules.

I Primary Purpose/Objectives of the Job:

The HRIS Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the Client Human Resources Information System. Acts as a liaison between central IT and HR functions, providing the Human Resources department with data management and reporting support. Works closely with members of the Information Technology and HR teams to ensure that HR data is captured accurately and data integrity is maintained. Requires seasoned systems knowledge, and generalist knowledge of human resources activities is preferred. This is an individual contributor role, partnering with internal and external resources to ensure effective management of the HRIS.

II. Key Responsibilities: Approximate % of time

Plan, direct, and coordinate HRIS activities, including performing system maintenance, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, writing reports and documenting processes.
Manage maintenance and accuracy of employee data, for reporting and distribution.
Analyze, maintain and troubleshoot Human Resource Information System, and other human resources computer applications and systems.
Serve as HRIS subject matter expert, documenting processes, training employees and creating process guides for managers on various HR processes.
Lead projects which impact data maintenance on the HRIS, including mass updates.
Create custom reports and assist with the development of an HR data dashboard.
Act as administrator to create security model based on functional responsibilities and configure HR system to enforce the security access to data.
Direct the design, selection and implementation or modification of HRIS and other HR computer solutions, as needed.

III. Required Skills, Knowledge and Experiences: (essential to the position)

Education level: minimum/preferred:

o Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement.
Preferred areas of study:
o Information Systems is required, Human Resources is a plus.
Similar or related experience desired:
o Payroll, compensation, systems analysis and information technology experience are all a plus.

Essential skills/knowledge:
o Typical years experience in field of 8 or more years.
o Skills/Specialties include experience with HRIS and database management.
MUST HAVE UltiPro (Ultimate Software) experience.
