? Ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in development with a focus on integration using TIBCO BW 6.3 (preferred) platform
? At least 5-6 years of hands-on experience delivering solutions using TIBCO suite of products (BW, EMS
? Must have strong expertise in design and implementation of messaging and SOA based applications using TIBCO BW/EMS/MQ/Adapters and should be able to guide the team on pattern design and implementation.
? Experience integrating PeopleSoft with other legacy and commercial of the shelf preferred
? Should be able to manage and prioritize work for the direct reports and lead the team during the SIT and UAT phases
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, he will be required to provide the daily progress to the management
