Job Description :
PeopleSoft Developer + Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 3 months, with possibility for extension or eventual full time conversion

Job Description:
Should be able to work as a BSA as well as Developer
Able to do both Technical and functional research and analysis
Good at documentation
Should have worked in SQL server
Strong work experience in PeopleTools 8.52 and higher
Good knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.0

Clarifications:

What specific module experience required, i.e Financial, SCM, HRMS? (PeopleSoft HCM Developer or PeopleSoft FSCM Developer
Strong on HCM( Time&Labor, HR, Payroll, Benefits)
Good familiarity with Financials(GL, AP, AR, CA, PC, BI, RSM,PBM)
Should also be strong on all PeopleTools

- Overall objective of project or projects?
o Production stream of customizations to existing and new development, with possibility of getting included in larger projects.
- What percentage of role is PeopleSoft Development vs. SQL Development?
o Most development work will be on PeopleSoft peopletools; Any SQL skills needed will be within PeopleSoft
- Responsibilities of role? What are they accountable for?
o BSA work will include Requirements collection, Research, Analysis, fit-gap, DETAILED design documentation.
o Development (PeopleTools, SQL server) work will include Project, Unit testing, Documentation, Migration document.
