SAP Project Manager - West Columbia, SC - 12 months - 25% remote - NO expenses General: Responsible for the analysis, development, modification, installation, testing and maintenance of operating systems software. Possesses a strong understanding of systems programming, graphical user interfaces and control languages. Evaluates vendor supplied software packages and makes recommendations to IT management. Modifies and/or debugs vendor-supplied utilities and packages. Modifies, installs and prepares technical documentation for system software applications. Diagnoses, isolates and de-bugs software problems and performs problem resolution. Monitors systems capacity and performance, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures and provides Tier 2 technical support. Scope Of The Project: Provide Project Management And Business Process Design Leadership, System Configuration And System Support Related To: • Kronos HR Payroll System Support For Timekeeping, Payroll And Attendance Functions • Analyze, Design, Configure, Test And Implement Kronos Activity Functionality • Analyze, Design, Configure, Test And Implement Sap Pp, Sd, Mm Functionality And Its Integration To Fi-Co, Fm • Project Manage The Implementation Of The Kronos Activities Functionality And Sap Pp, Sd, Mm Functionality • Must Have In Depth Sap Experience Specifically Related To The Public Sector • Must Have Kronos Timekeeping, Payroll And Attendance And Activities Configuration And Implementation Experience Daily Duties / Responsibilities: Project Management: • Determine Project Methology • Develop Project Plan • Develop Training And Testing Plans • Develop Communication Plans • Track Project Status Production Support • Support The Agency Payroll Team With Problem Resolution Related To Kronos Timekeeper, Attendance, And Payroll System • Assist With Any Configuring And Additional Functionality Requests For The System Development • Lead Business Process Redesign Process For Production Facilities • Work With Agency To Design, Configure, And Implement Pp, Sd, Mm Functionality • Work With Agency To Design, Configure, And Implement Kronos Activities Training • Formally Provide Process And Technical Knowledge Transfer For All Design And Configuration • Develop Training Classes And Perform Classroom Delivery Of Courses Required Skills (Rank In Order Of Importance): • Pmp Certification • 10+ Years’ Experience Sap Public Sector • 3+ Full Cycle Sap Public Sector Implementations • In Depth Knowledge And Experience Sap Mm, Sd, And Pp Configuration And Business Processes In A Public Sector Environment • Sap Project Management Experience In Public Sector • Kronos Project Management Experience In Public Sector • Kronos Public Sector Configuration Experience In Timekeeping, Payroll, Attendance And Activities Functionality • Exellent Leadership Skills • Exellent Communication Skills Required Education/Certifications: PMP Certification Preferred Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent Work Experience
