Job Description :
The Business Analyst plays the role as a translator between business and IT development team. The business analyst uses various methods (interviews, document review, meetings…) to understand business and collect requirements for the project. The BA validates the requirements and will develop detailed specifications for the development team. Business analyst also support development and testing as needed.
Responsibilities:
Interviews the business teams to identify user requirements.
Reviews existing documents for requirements or background information.
Prepares requirements documents, validates and obtains approvals.
Conducts source data profiling and incorporates results into requirements documentation.
Reviews and approves data models and business metadata definitions.
Assists in the design and testing of the user interface.
Creates and validates source to target mappings
Analyze support processes identify key risks, and evaluate.
