Technical Recruiter will create sourcing strategies to find qualified technical talent to submit to hiring managers.
Recruiter will use market knowledge to build pipelines utilizing various sources; will build relationships with managers and candidates; will deliver quality, diverse talent slates.
Experience recruiting mid to senior level Software Engineers, Technical Managers and Technical Project Managers is required.
Possess a wide range of experience and skills in technical recruiting.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
Must be self-directed but also recognize and be able to share knowledge with the larger Talent Acquisition team.
