Job Description :
Job Title: Enterprise Services Lead
Location: Chester, VA
Duration: 11+ Months

Individual will perform supplier management and oversight activities for existing WPS services in relation to ongoing O&M and activities and customer needs. Individual will support the transition of eGOV services contracts through the new renewal process and support functions related to the RFP and service lifecycle management processes, including updates to service portfolio tool and service catalog, coordinating meetings and providing status on activities. Individual will also support IT strategy formulation, IT strategic plans execution for services retirement, change, strategic process improvements, and communication of IT strategies to all business and customer’s stakeholders. Individual will also support miscellaneous tasks and special projects assigned by Enterprise Service Director to include reviewing and recommending necessary alternatives courses of action, issue tracking and resolution of WPS, eGOV and WCS operations.

IT Operations, Microsoft office tools, excellent oral and written communication skills, organization skills, ability to work with all levels of organization to resolve problems, self-directed & possess ability to work independently to accomplish stated goals, understands best practices in services management, strategic planning concepts and frameworks, ITIL knowledge, data analysis and creative problem solving skills.
