Clearance Required: Top Secret (required to start)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job Responsibilities:
Support design, testing, build, and deployment of Lync 2013 infrastructure in support of EBS collaboration.
Stand up productions servers to support Lync 2013.
Assist in developing Office Communicator to Lync migration strategy and migration of users from OCS 2007 R2 to Lync 2013.
Work with Information Assurance to ensure compliance with security guidelines
Assist in implementation of Lync 2013 features such as IM, A/V conferencing, Web conferencing, etc.
Support Federation activities (identify candidates, submit firewall requests, configure on Lync servers)
Provide technical training, knowledge transfer, and user-level training to technical team and user base as required.
