Required:
Three (3) years of experience administering and establishing web server running Internet Information Services (IIS) version 7.0 or higher, maintaining and providing direct support for web presentation and application servers and database server in multiple security zones in a high security environment.
Three (3) years of experience designing and developing the logical and physical architecture associated with the web applications utilizing Microsoft Technologies and SQL server.
Three (3) years of experience supporting n-tier applications including both custom and commercial applications using MS SQL server on the Microsoft platform.
Three (3) years of experience managing a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Server product that utilizes File Transfer Protocol/Secure Sockets Layer (FTP/SSL), as well as SFTP/Secure Shell (SSH) running on Microsoft Operating Systems.
Three (3) years of experience with the architecture, design, installation/implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of BizTalk Server Enterprise Edition (v2009 or later) and MS SQL server 2012 (or later) Enterprise Edition.
Three (3) years of experience performing EDIFECS’ XEngine (v 8.0 and higher) installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
One (1) year of experience performing technical support functions relating to HIPAA transactions.
Three (3) years of experience overseeing upgrades and migration for products or environments containing at least 50 servers.
Two (2) years of experience configuring server, group, and service account to meet strict security policies, including customization of security policies.
Two (2) years of experience establishing performance baselines and conducting performance tuning for server, site, and application.
Two (2) years of experience managing web site and application servers using network load balancing and understanding the configuration necessary to preserve session state.
Two (2) years of experience troubleshooting authentication, authorization, and performance issues using various IIS tools to isolate problems, including diagnostic, tracing, monitoring, and debugging tools.
Two (2) years of experience managing and administering secure socket layer certificates and installations.
Two (2) years of experience managing and administering secure services by either VeriSign Managed Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) or Entrust SSL.
Two (2) years of experience administering monitoring tools including Wireshark, Application Manager, and Microsoft Network/Performance Monitor.
Two (2) years of networking experience with Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), private Internet Protocol (IP) addressing, Domain Name System (DNS), Cisco firewalls, and Load Balancer.
One (1) year of experience spent demonstrating a strong working knowledge of SQL Server DBA best practices (e.g., schema management, index optimization, and SQL Server Integration Services development and data modeling
One (1) year of experience spent demonstrating strong T-SQL query and database tuning skills.

Two (2) years of experience performing DBA skills in a multi-tiered application environment.
Three (3) years of experience using Windows 2008 R2 or later operating systems and kernel registry.
One (1) year of experience with high-volume OLTP database systems and large databases (one terabyte in volume or greater
Certification as a Microsoft System Architect.
One (1) year of experience providing DBA skills in a 24X7 production database environment.
Four (4) years of experience working as a MS SQL Server 2008 DBA, including database configuration, tuning, and deployment.
Two (2) years of experience working with Windows Server 2012 R2, MS Active Directory and Local Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) security delegation and storage components.
Two (2) years within the last five (5) years using SQL Server Clustering and high-availability (HA) technologies, including mirroring, log shipping, failover cluster, and various replication technologies.
Four (4) years of hands-on experience working with implementation and support of SQL Server 2008 R2 /Windows 2008 R2 clusters and BizTalk 2012 clusters and implementation Operational Recovery Database Servers.
Four (4) years of experience performing troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log shipping issues, connectivity issues, security encryption issues, etc.
Four (4) years of experience in troubleshooting issues related to SQL Server database components, including the central processing unit (CPU), memory, input/output (I/O), disk space, and other resource contention areas.
Four (4) years of experience in evaluating existing schema and implementing improvements that have made a significant impact on database performance, modeling and implementing data star and snow flake schema.
