DESCRIPTION::
- Coordinate activities and triage requests to the most appropriate HPE and KO network resources
- Consulting-oriented, proactive, drives solutions, autonomous (e.g. does not need to have multiple follow-ups to make decision)
- Able to promote/prioritize across all CCNA network requests (Service Requests, Change Tasks, Change Requests, Incidents, and/or Problems) based on CCNA/TCCC guidance
- Ability to implement changes on HP equipment
- Extensive knowledge of KO network architecture and configuration (routers, switches, and firewalls)
- Understanding of corporate cloud model /architecture
- Strong communicator
- Needs to be onsite at customer site in Atlanta, GA as often as needed for “war room” and other program activities
the TCCC Change Management Process
Engineer needs to have 5+ years’ experience in production network support working within an ITIL framework. Deep level experience not required in all technologies but engineer should have familiarity of the following technologies: Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, F5, Cisco wireless, Fortinet, Cisco and HPE Switching, Cisco routing, DHCP, DNS, IPAM WAAS, Bluecoat packet shaper, Bluecoat Proxy, Cisco VPN.
