REQUIREMENT:

eDataForce Consulting LLC has Urgent need for “Project Manager w/ head Agile- Dallas, TX - 6 to 12Plus Months Contract (LOCAL Preferred Phone & Face to Face interview is a MUST) “
Must have Strong experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master running projects using Agile methodology
* Excellent Communication Skills *

Manage projects in IT Financial Systems that involve team members across all areas of the enterprise, vendors, external agencies and partners using Agile methodology
Lead efforts to define requirements, scope, budget/funding, risks, and issues
Guide and mentor project teams to drive continuous improvement in delivery and quality
Create and maintain Rally project backlog, project spend, and resource forecast
Prepare stakeholder updates that effectively communicate project status and KPIs
Conduct all Agile ceremonies with project team as well as stakeholder updates
Escalate issues to resolution
Coordinate the creation of implementation, training, and communication plans between management, IT staff and department personnel for project rollout
Ensure satisfaction of departmental requirements and adherence to organizational and IT procedures and policies
Recognize opportunities for system or process improvement and make recommendations or take appropriate action
Collaborate within organization to understand and balance competing demands for project resources
Collaborate with other project managers to assure a consistent implementation of project management disciplines, methodologies, and best practices
Ensure that the project documentation and testing is delivered at the required level of audit quality
Support team by assisting with: functionality questions, testing, implementation, change management and other deployment and delivery functions, as assigned


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Previous experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master running projects using Agile methodology
Must be a team focused individual who is skilled at building relationships with people, leading teams and coordinating project activities
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Should possess a desire for continuous learning and improvement of skillset and a willingness to coach team members to advance maturity of the project team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively interacting with peer group and with senior management
Able to prioritize work on multiple responsibilities
Experience in creating process models and system flow diagrams
Background in Computer Science/Technology a plus
