Job Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Transformation Program Leader - USC, GC only

Mandatory Skills:

A deep understanding in Identity & Access Management architecture, policies, standards, procedures, platforms, suppliers/providers, and best practices.



One or more industry security certifications including CISSP.



Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work.

10 years of relevant professional work experience, with at least 5 in Identity & Access Management, security architecture or security engineering-type roles that include enterprise-wide information security review, analysis, and project management.

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and influence others to comply with policies and conform to standards and industry best practices.

Working knowledge in one or more of the following:

· Practices and methods of IT strategy and enterprise architecture, with emphasis on IAM security architecture.

· Developing security requirements for Identity & Access Management services & solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Overall accountability for End-to-End Success of the IAM Transformation Program, integrating technical, business, and commercial deliverables.

· Enable IAM Transformation projects, leveraging the IAM Service Leader & Team, IAM Platform Managers, Information Security Lead Team, and Enterprise Security Lead Team, to ensure outcomes meet business requirements.

· Drive IAM solution adoption as part of transformation program, taking a risk-based approach, focusing on areas such as Critical Business Processes, SOX-relevant systems, and systems containing Highly Restricted Data.

· Develop and annually refresh a holistic IAM security architecture across identity, authentication and authorization (business process & technology) that will provide scalable and effective protection of all Procter & Gamble IT assets and data.

· Maintain a 3-year project portfolio glide-path to deliver the architecture and deliver annual projects with excellence, per project delivery commitments.

· Collaborate with IAM Service Leader & Information Security Architect on key IAM architecture choices; maintaining and communicating architecture decisions.

· Create & Establish IAM Technology Standards. Ensure Policies, Standards and Procedures are updated accordingly. Collaborate with Global Internal Audit to ensure Control Self-Assessment and Audit Programs are updated accordingly.

· Determine IAM security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements; researching information security IAM standards; conducting system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments; identifying integration issues; preparing cost estimates.

· Ensure currency of IAM security systems by monitoring environment; identifying gaps; evaluating enhancements for implementation.

· Identify and asses security technology, products, and providers, in close partnership with the Information Security Architect, IAM Service Leader, and IAM Project Managers / Platform Managers.

· Collaborate with IAM Service Leader, Platform Managers, supplier architects and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to design and integrate the IAM security architecture in a manner that addresses the highest security

risks, while minimizing the impact to Procter & Gamble’s business areas.

· Bring the outside in regarding IAM technologies, suppliers, best practices. Learn continuously by tracking and understanding emerging IAM security practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; reading

professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

· Enhance organization skills through coaching, teaching and consulting.

· Provide direction, oversight, advice and guidance to direct reports.
