Cleveland, Ohio staffing firm has a client located in Hudson, Ohio. This is an excellent contract to hire opportunity, and they are seeking a couple of Helpdesk Support Analyst that are motivated, and tech savvy individuals to join their Helpdesk team.

The Helpdesk Support Analyst provides telephone, hardware, software, how-to support and customer service. The focus of this role is on technical phone support for their store, Corporate, and Warehouse users.

Seeking dependable professionals that can work the Helpdesk hours of support below:

9:00AM – 9:00PM Monday - Friday

9:00AM to 9:00PM on Saturday

9:00AM to 6:00PM on Sunday

Individuals applying for this position will be working one of two possible shifts;

Afternoon Coverage M – F*

12:00PM to 9:00PM

Weekend Coverage*
Saturday 9:00AM – 9:00PM
Sunday 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Work From Home)
Mon & Tue 9:00AM – 6:00PM
Wednesday 9:00AM – 2:00PM
*Coverage Times subject to change.

Skills Needed:
1 to 3 years’ experience in a Helpdesk or Customer Service environment
Effective communication and telephone skills
Strong knowledge of standard PC hardware/software/operating systems
Fundamental understanding of networking and network troubleshooting
Ability to make sound decisions based on logical reasoning
Effective listening skills, and Commitment to team concept
Effective problem determination skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment
