Skills Needed:
7 to 10 years’ experience
strong in ETL concepts
Should be able to work with Informatica tool and related components
Understands PLSQL and Exadata
should be able to design solutions and define ETL strategy based on requirements
Should have exposure to work on end to end project development
Should be proficient with datawarehousing concepts
Able to implement best practices for development standards, review strategy and performance tuning across
Very good communication skill
Should be able to coordinate with client and offshore based team
Good Team mentoring and guiding skills

Roles and Responsibilities
Requirement gathering & documenting for data mart build from business
Design ETL solution based on requirements and considering reporting criteria
Perform and bridge gaps in ETL requirements based on reporting needs
Optimize performance; Creating best practices/ principles and standards/procedures;
Hands on Informatica & PLSQL development
Demonstrates a personal commitment to technology
Client and offshore coordination
