Must worked with payroll module and Integration with broker and optimization
Relevant Experience
(in Yrs) 10 to 12 yrs
Technical/Functional Skills • Experience in PeopleSoft Payroll is a MUST
Experience in other PeopleSoft modules like Core HR, T&L, Benefits, is highly desirable
Data conversion and integration experience is a MUST.
Good experience in managing different test cycles during Project lifecycle.
Experience in all SDLC phases of Production Support and Development Projects.
Experience in Upgrade and Implementation is a plus.
Hands on experience with technical activities like coding, solutioning, testing, etc is a MUST
Experience Required 10 to 12 years
Roles & Responsibilities • Manage client relationship at operational level
Provide techno functional SME support for all HCM projects
Conducting fit-gap sessions, design & solution sessions, for customer requirements
Generic Managerial Skills • Status reporting to Project Manager
Coordinate work with offshore team
Good communication and client facing skills
