Job Title: Business Analyst – Healthcare
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19113
Duration: 3-6+ Months
Interview Process: Phone Screen and In-Person Interview Must – Only Local
Work Experience:
· 5+ years of related IT work experience including experience in the health insurance industry
· Experience with Facets configuration
· Demonstrated experience in a key lead role in major company initiatives and demonstrated leadership experience
Knowledge:
· Requires knowledge of system development life cycle and implementation methodologies
· Requires strong ability to apply structure to loosely defined complex problems
· Demonstrates understanding of core business functions
Skills:
· Requires skillful project execution experience and knowledge
· Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Requires knowledge of programming, development, and technical architecture
· Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred (equivalent work experience may be considered)
· Professional Certification preferred
