Client''s business problem to solve:
Converting classic ASP applications to ASP.NET technology. Maintaining existing applications and designing/building new applications as directed by the client. Expertise with MVC, jQuery, bootstrap, Ajax, and LINQ are a must.
Environment: .Net Framework 3.5/4.5, Visual Studio 2013, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.Net, LINQ, jQuery, Ajax, Telerik, Oracle 11g, Toad 12.6, TFS 2013, Crystal Reports, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Requirement: One FTE full lifecycle Senior .NET Web Developer whose responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
Developing, maintaining and supporting web-based applications for corporate Intranet and application systems
Working with stakeholders and requirements analysts to understand business needs
Designing and documenting technical specifications
Designing and developing Oracle database structures and processes
Working closely with other programmers and DBAs.
Expertise coding web applications using MVC, jQuery, bootstrap, and LINQ are a must
Working with quality assurance staff to address issues found
Designing and implementing appropriate security access procedures
Working with network administrators to implement solutions in the production environment.
Developing Mobile Applications using Android or iOS
Rewriting several large classic ASP applications to ASP.NET technology
Performing unit testing on each module based on test specifications
Logging all test results
Updating program and test case specifications for any discrepancies
Inviting users to review modules
Providing feedback on user interfaces, critical business rules and functionalities
